Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Frontend Designer, based in Madurai. The role involves designing user interfaces using modern frontend technologies and tools, including React, CSS, Tailwind, Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop. You will work closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver responsive and accessible designs, ensuring high-quality user experiences. Collaboration, iteration, and attention to detail will be key aspects of your daily work. Responsibilities: Develop new user-facing features using React.js, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS. Transform design concepts from Figma, XD, or other design tools into fully functional and responsive pages. Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Create, design, and maintain brochures, pamphlets, and other promotional materials. Ensure that the design is optimized for mobile-first responsive layouts. Work on UI/UX design improvements for web and mobile platforms. Maintain code quality and write reusable, modular code for future use. Optimize designs for maximum performance across various devices and browsers. Requirements: Strong proficiency in React.js, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop. Hands-on experience with responsive and mobile-first web design. Experience in translating ideas and wireframes into functional designs using design tools. Familiarity with creating and maintaining templates and brochures for marketing purposes. Knowledge of modern front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Good understanding of version control tools like Git. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers. Good communication skills and the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into design. Preferred: Knowledge of isomorphic React and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with modern UI/UX design principles and trends. Experience with testing and optimizing front-end components for high performance. Why Join Us?
