As an ELV Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the intricate network of low voltage systems that power our data center fit-out projects. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a proven track record of managing complex ELV projects in mission-critical environments. Your primary mission will involve blueprinting the network by designing and executing comprehensive ELV installation plans that align with project schedules and budgets. You will act as the architect of our digital nervous system, ensuring a harmonious flow of operations. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, you will lead a collaborative effort to maintain quality, safety, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle. On the front lines, you will lead the charge by overseeing on-site ELV installations, from cabling and termination to testing and commissioning. Your role will involve inspecting the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to specifications and timelines, while maintaining meticulous records of installations, testing, and commissioning. Within the team dynamics, you will empower and inspire team members, assign tasks, and cultivate a collaborative work environment. As a system integration guru, you will ensure seamless integration of ELV systems with other building systems and collaborate with system integrators to resolve interface challenges and create a unified ecosystem. As a testing and commissioning maestro, you will oversee the testing and commissioning of ELV systems to guarantee optimal performance and compliance. Your responsibilities will also include preparing and submitting comprehensive test reports and commissioning documentation. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience installing and supervising ELV systems for data center projects. Proficiency in ELV systems, including structured cabling, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, and data communication systems, is essential. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities will be advantageous in this role.
