The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in civil construction, strong documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and the project team. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timeline. Maintain and update the Measurement Book (M-Book) with precise quantity entries of work done, jointly with contractors. Verify and record measurements of completed works for billing and certification. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow. Report site progress, material requirements, and labor deployment regularly. Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols on site. Assist in preparing work schedules and monitor daily and weekly targets. Maintain site documents such as daily logs, checklists, inspection reports, and attendance records. Support in verification of bills and reconcile with M-Book entries. Communicate any delays, issues, or deviations to the Project team promptly. Requirements: Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in civil works. Strong knowledge of M-Book maintenance and quantity measurement practices. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
