Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Founding Member - ESOP - Electronic Lead/Computers Lead at Lumen. Electronics LeadPreffered with knowledge in Medical devices, EEG data signal processing. Computer Lead Preffered with knowledge in Machine Learning, UI/UX, website design Qualifications Analytical Skills and Research abilitiesStrong Communication and Sales skillsMarketing knowledge and experienceExperience in electronics, computer engineering, or related fieldsAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary teamBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field CompensationYear 1: 25,000 INR with 0.1% equity after completing 1 year Year 2: 27,500 INR with 0.1% bonus equity (total 0.1 past year + 0.1% after completing 2nd year) 10% hike in salary each year + [0.1% equity after completing each year (till 4 years)] Contract for 4 Years
