Oversee sales team performance, provide guidance on customer service standards, and handle grievances. Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising. Maintain accurate records of sales data, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics. Develop strategies to improve sales growth, reduce shrinkage, and increase customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a reputed institution would be an added advantage.
