Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, India. You will support business development activities, assist in identifying new opportunities, engage potential customers, and coordinate with our Singapore HQ. This role is suited for individuals who enjoy outreach, research, and working in a fast-growing tech environment. Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Lead Generation Identify potential customers in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, 3PL, and education sectors. Conduct market analysis and build a structured lead database. Track industry trends, competitors, and ongoing automation opportunities. Customer Outreach & Sales Coordination Assist in customer engagement via email, phone, and LinkedIn. Help coordinate calls, meetings, and follow-ups with prospects. Partner & Vendor Engagement Identify potential partners, vendors, and integrators. Support communication and coordination with Singapore HQ when needed. General BD Support Assist in the setup and administration of the Chennai office space. Support company visits, field activities, demos, and local events when needed. Prepare monthly market intelligence and activity reports. Assist with preliminary proposals, documents, and basic presentations. Reporting Maintain CRM records and structured sales pipeline updates. Provide weekly BD activity summaries to HQ. Prepare simple monthly activity summaries (non-sensitive). Who we are looking for Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, market research, or customer engagement. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with remote supervision. Interest in robotics, automation, or industrial technology is an advantage. Good analytical and organisational skills. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, India . You will be responsible for designing, assembling, and testing electrical and electronic systems for our robotics platforms — including PCBs, wiring harnesses, sensor modules, control boxes, and power systems. Your work will directly support AMR/FMR development, AI-vision systems, embedded electronics, and robotic prototypes. This role is ideal for engineers who love hands-on building, PCB design, robotics electronics, and system integration . Key Responsibilities: PCB & Electronics Design Design simple to mid-complex PCBs (sensor boards, controller breakout boards, power modules). Prepare schematics, Gerber files, and component libraries (Altium, KiCad, Eagle or similar). Perform component selection for sensors, controllers, converters, and protection circuits. Work with vendors for PCB fabrication and assembly. Electrical & Wiring Assembly Create wiring diagrams, cable schedules, and electrical assembly drawings. Build neat wiring harnesses, connectors, cable looms, and enclosures for AMRs/FMRs. Perform soldering, crimping, heat-shrink application, and terminal wiring. Assemble control panels, battery boxes, and power distribution units. Sensor, Embedded & Robot Integration Integrate sensors (LiDAR, IMU, ultrasonic, ToF, IR, cameras, encoders, limit switches). Interface microcontrollers (ESP32), single-board computers (Jetson/NUC/IPC), and PLC modules. Assist in integrating robot controllers, motors, drivers, and peripheral electronics. Support the AI-vision team with camera wiring, light modules, and trigger circuits. Testing, Debugging & RnD Support Conduct electrical bring-up, continuity checks, and voltage/current testing. Troubleshoot PCB faults, wiring issues, grounding problems, and noise interference. Support prototype testing, robotics trials, sensor calibration, and performance validation. Participate in FAT/SAT/UAT for deployed systems. Documentation & Standards Prepare BOMs, wiring diagrams, test reports, PCB documentation, and assembly instructions. Maintain structured engineering documentation for all builds. Follow industrial safety and electrical compliance guidelines. Technical Skills PCB design experience (KiCad / Altium / EasyEDA / Eagle). Strong understanding of circuits, DC power systems, converters, regulators, and protection devices. Hands-on skills in wiring, soldering, crimping, and harness building. Familiarity with robotics electronics, motors, drivers, and sensors. Ability to read and create wiring diagrams and electrical assembly drawings. Preferred Skills Experience with AMR/FMR electronics and robot-based development. Knowledge of LiDARs, IMUs, motor encoders, camera modules, or industrial sensors. Exposure to microcontrollers (ESP32/STM32), CANBus, or serial protocols. Basic knowledge of ROS2, Python, or embedded firmware. Experience with AutoCAD Electrical / SolidWorks Electrical.
