You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and ROI. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage end-to-end paid marketing campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and remarketing platforms. Conduct regular campaign analysis and A/B testing to improve ROI, CAC, CTR, and CPA. Manage monthly budgets, ad spends, and ensure cost-efficiency with strong performance metrics. Work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to generate compelling ad creatives and messaging. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Amazon Seller Central, etc. for reporting and insights. Monitor customer funnels and optimize landing pages in collaboration with web and UI teams. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform algorithm changes. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in performance marketing within an eCommerce or D2C product-based company. Strong understanding of digital media buying, retargeting, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace advertising tools. Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Excel/Google Sheets, Hotjar, etc. Strong analytical and communication skills with a passion for results. Good to Have: Experience with email automation, affiliate marketing, or influencer marketing platforms. Working knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies.
