Ensure all site activities follow safety guidelines and quality standards. Resolve on-site technical issues and provide guidance to the work team. Maintain proper documentation such as daily reports, material usage, manpower allocation, and site inspections. Conduct site inspections to verify work progress and compliance with project specifications. Communicate project status, delays, or requirements to management and clients. Ensure proper handover of the site, including final inspections, snag list completion, and submission of necessary documents.
