Position: Business Development Manager Were looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager who can identify, pursue, and convert high-quality leads across the U.S. legal services landscape. Key Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities across U.S. law firms and legal service providers Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups Conduct market research to identify potential markets and growth opportunities Draft compelling proposals and pitch decks tailored to client requirements Negotiate contracts and close deals Collaborate with operations and delivery teams for smooth client onboarding Attend virtual legal summits, networking events, and contribute to strategic growth planning Desired Candidate Profile 2- 4 years of experience in Business Development or Client Acquisition (B2B preferred) Prior exposure to LPO/KPO, legal services, or U.S. market is highly preferred Strong understanding of sales funnel, CRM tools, and target-based selling Excellent verbal & written communication skills (U.S. client communication) Proven track record of lead conversion & revenue generation Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field What We Offer Competitive salary + incentive structure Rapid career growth & leadership exposure Global clientele + cross-cultural experience A performance-driven, supportive work environment
