About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Installation & Setup - Install OT products (lights, tables, pendants, etc.) at hospitals and surgical centers. 2. Routine Maintenance - Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure equipment runs smoothly. 3. Troubleshooting & Repairs - Diagnose and fix technical issues on-site or remotely. 4. Client Support - Provide training and on-site support to medical staff for equipment use. 5. Documentation - Maintain service records, reports, and customer feedback logs. 6. Coordination with Sales/Tech Teams - Collaborate with sales or product teams for customer upgrades and tech queries. 7. Timely Response - Ensure prompt service within assigned regions, especially during emergency breakdowns. Note: The selection committee schedule: 1. First round: A recorded interview via a Google Form will be shared through Internshala messages 2. Second round: An interview will be conducted directly with the HR or the founder 3. Willingness to travel for installations and service calls 5. Good communication and problem-solving skills 6. Familiarity with service tools and diagnostic equipment 7.
