Execution & Coordination Lead cross-functional teams to complete project tasks. Communicate clearly with stakeholders, clients, and team members. Manage resources and budgets efficiently. Commissioning of Fire Alarm System Monitoring & Control Track project progress using metrics, reports, and dashboards. Handle changes in scope, schedule, and costs (change management). Conduct risk management and implement mitigation strategies. Communication & Leadership Facilitate meetings, presentations, and stakeholder updates. Resolve conflicts and maintain team motivation. Act as the main point of contact between teams and leadership. Project Closure Deliver final products and ensure client satisfaction. Conduct post-project reviews (lessons learned). Document outcomes and hand over relevant materials.
