· Coordinate with fabric suppliers and mills to track order status,production updates and shipping timelines · Followup on fabric deliveries to ensure timely arrival and accurate quantities · Monitor fabric quality,lab dips,bulk approvals and testing results · Communicate status updates and potential delays to internal teams?(e.g.,Production,design,sourcing) · Maintain detailed record of fabric orders,approvals and correspondence · Ensure all fabric meets quality standards and customer specifications before production · Work closely with the production team to ensure fabric reainess with production schedules · Assist in resolving any fabric-related issues(e.g.,defects,shortages,delays)

The role involves entering, verifying, and updating fabric movement data in the system, assisting in inventory control, and supporting documentation for smooth store operations.Key Responsibilities:Record and update fabric inward and outward entries accurately in the system. Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily and monthly stock reports and ensure all records are updated in real time. Verify fabric quantities, lot numbers, and descriptions with supporting documents (GRN, issue slips, delivery challans, etc.). Assist in physical stock checks and reconcile differences between physical and system stock. Maintain proper filing and documentation for all fabric movements. Support store and production teams with timely data entry and reports. Generate and share fabric inventory reports for management review. Ensure all data entry activities follow company procedures and standards.
