REQUIRED ACCOUNTANT with Technical Skills using Tally: Tally ERP 9/Prime Proficiency: Deep understanding of core Tally features, including accounting, billing, payroll, banking, and inventory management. GST and TDS Compliance: Expertise in handling Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) regulations within Tally, including filing returns and generating reports. Financial Reporting: Ability to generate various financial statements and reports accurately using Tally. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurate and efficient input of financial transactions and maintaining organized digital records. MS Excel Integration: Proficiency in using MS Excel for data analysis and reporting, often in conjunction with Tally exports. Foundational and Soft Skills: Accounting Principles: Strong grasp of accounting fundamentals, including concepts like journal entries, ledger accounts, and financial statements. Attention to Detail: Crucial for ensuring accuracy in financial records and compliance. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and resolve accounting issues. Time Management and Organization: Efficiently prioritizing tasks and managing financial documentation. Ethics and Confidentiality: Upholding integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information. Continuous Learning: Staying updated with accounting standards, tax laws, and Tally software updates.
