Role Description We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer with expertise in SSRS, SSIS, SSAS , and strong analytical skills to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will manage SQL databases, develop efficient ETL processes, build Power BI reports and dashboards, and ensure data integrity across systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases , ensuring performance, reliability, and security. Develop, test, and deploy SSIS packages for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Create and manage SSRS reports for operational and analytical needs. Design and maintain SSAS cubes for multidimensional analysis and data modeling. Build and publish Power BI dashboards and visual reports aligned with business KPIs. Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all reporting platforms. Prepare documentation for database architecture, ETL workflows, and reporting logic. Provide support and troubleshooting for SQL-related issues and Power BI reports. Utilize Excel for data manipulation, validation, and ad-hoc analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field . 1–3 years of experience as an SQL Developer, BI Developer, or Data Analyst . Proficiency in SQL Server , and database management . Hands-on experience with SSRS, SSIS, SSAS . Experience with Power BI development, DAX, and data modelling. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.). Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Azure SQL Database , Data Factory , or Synapse Analytics . Knowledge of Python for data processing (optional). Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies. About the Role We are seeking a Business Analyst experienced in implementing retail planning solutions such as Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) , Assortment Planning , WISSI , Allocation , and Replenishment . The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to translate retail planning requirements into scalable technology solutions using tools like Anaplan, Board, o9, Blue Yonder, or Relex , or similar planning platforms. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across planning and merchandising functions. Lead functional design and solution configuration for retail planning modules. Develop and maintain process documentation, test cases, and user training materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment and adoption. Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and UAT sessions with business users. Identify process improvement opportunities and propose best-practice solutions. Requires Skills & Experience 4–10 years of experience in retail planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain analytics. Hands-on implementation experience in MFP , Assortment Planning , WISSI , Allocation , or Replenishment modules. Proficiency in one or more tools: Anaplan , Board , o9 Solutions , Blue Yonder , Relex , or Oracle RPAS . Strong understanding of retail KPIs and financial planning cycles. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to have Knowledge of Power BI , Tableau , or similar reporting tools. Experience in Agile delivery environments .
