Position: Business Development (B2B) Intern Location: Gurugram Sector 49 Stipend: 12000 monthly Duration: (3 months) + PPO (According to performance) No. of opening - 2 Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development (B2B) Intern to join our Sales and Business Development team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client acquisition, market research, and sales strategy implementation. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, possesses strong communication skills, and has a keen interest in business development. Key Learnings: Cold Calling & Outreach: Identify and contact potential D2C brands (Fashion, FMCG, Beauty, Lifestyle, Electronics). Make 6080 cold calls per day and run structured email/LinkedIn campaigns. Qualify leads through discovery calls and schedule product demos. Sales Funnel Ownership: Own the lead funnel from outreach to closure. Maintain accurate tracking in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Work closely with the Pre-Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment in client onboarding. Market & Customer Intelligence: Understand customer pain points in last-mile delivery and OMS workflows. Stay updated on competition and industry trends to refine outreach pitch. Sales Metrics & Reporting: Deliver against monthly new account acquisition targets. Maintain reports on outreach performance, lead status, and closures. Qualifications: Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in B.tech or any management professional. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
