Location: Bangalore Experience: 3+ years in Tele-Sales / Inside Sales Languages: Fluent English (mandatory), Kannada/Hindi preferred Type: Full-time Status: Immediate Joining Required Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to schools, builders, retail brands, and corporate clients. Present and pitch DhanPix mobile advertising services confidently. Understand client requirements and suggest the right advertising package. Handle incoming leads via website, WhatsApp, and referrals. Maintain proper follow-up to convert leads into bookings. Update CRM/lead trackers and maintain accurate call logs. Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth. Coordinate with operations, design, and field teams for campaign execution. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Tele Sales/Inside Sales experience (service/advertising preferred). Excellent English communication—clear, confident, and customer-friendly. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closure abilities. Ability to understand customer needs and pitch effectively. Basic CRM/Excel/WhatsApp Business knowledge.
