Role & responsibilities Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead the brands marketing and customer engagement strategy. The role involves being the bridge between the resort and external agencies/vendors , ensuring brand consistency, and driving both digital and offline marketing initiatives to generate leads, partnerships, and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Brand & Agency Coordination Work closely with the digital marketing agency to plan, monitor, and evaluate campaigns. Ensure brand guidelines and storytelling are consistent across platforms. Offline Marketing Execution Manage hoardings, outdoor campaigns, exhibitions, PR tie-ups, and offline activations. Identify high-visibility locations and ensure impactful creatives. Partnerships & Alliances Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, decorators, salons, bridal boutiques, and corporates. Create cross-promotional opportunities with lifestyle brands. Events & On-ground Marketing Plan and execute launch events, influencer nights, food festivals, bridal showcases, and community engagements. Oversee event branding and media coverage. Lead Management & Reporting Track inquiries from both online and offline channels. Maintain CRM records and report conversion metrics to management. Content & PR Coordinate content shoots, influencer collaborations, and press releases. Liaise with lifestyle magazines, media outlets, and PR agencies for brand coverage. Key Skills & Qualifications MBA/PG in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field. 4–7 years’ experience in hospitality, luxury, or event marketing . Strong network with wedding planners, event managers, and media in Hyderabad. Creative thinker with strong execution skills. Excellent communication & presentation abilities.
