Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Peon to support daily office operations. The role involves assisting staff with basic tasks, ensuring cleanliness of the workplace, handling small errands, and providing general support to keep the office running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office (sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.). Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors. Handle photocopying, filing, and delivering documents within the office. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging necessary items. Collect and deliver couriers, letters, or parcels as required. Run small errands for office supplies and groceries. Support administrative staff in day-to-day activities. Ensure pantry, washrooms, and common areas are clean and stocked. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 10th grade or equivalent education. Prior experience as an office peon/helper is preferred but not mandatory. Basic understanding of office etiquette. Honest, punctual, and trustworthy. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
