Looking for Economics Teacher - 2026-27

Roles & Responsibilities:

Teach Economics to Grades 11 & 12 as per the CBSE curriculum.

Prepare engaging lesson plans, teaching materials, and learning resources.

Guide students for CBSE board examinations and ensure syllabus completion on time.

Conduct assessments, class tests, assignments, and maintain students’ academic records.

Provide academic support and remedial classes to students as needed.

Encourage analytical thinking, real-life application of concepts, and active classroom participation.

Use digital tools, PPTs, and audio-visual methods to enhance learning.

Coordinate with the academic team for planning, evaluation, and reporting.

Participate in PTMs, staff meetings, training programs, and school events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Qualification:

Master’s degree in Economics (mandatory)

B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms)

Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching Economics in a CBSE senior secondary school (preferred).

Skills Required:

Strong command over subject concepts and CBSE syllabus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to use technology for teaching (smart board, digital content, etc.).

Good classroom management and student engagement skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹51,337.64 per month
