Perform hands-on repairs, replacements, and upgrades of battery cells, modules, packs, and related components. This role involves a combination of physical labor, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols to ensure tires are handled and packed correctly and efficiently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Packing and Preparation: Inspect tires for defects, damage, or imperfections before packing. Clean and prepare tires for packaging as needed. Apply labels, barcodes, and other necessary markings to tires according to company and customer specifications. Wrap, band, and stack tires on pallets for storage or shipment. Ensure all tires are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Material Handling: Load and unload tires from trucks, containers, and production lines. Move tires within the warehouse, using manual methods or equipment like hand trucks, dollies, or forklifts (if certified). Organize and store tires in designated areas, maintaining an organized and clean workspace. Production Support: Assist machine operators or assemblers with tasks such as preparing raw materials. Monitor production processes to check for jammed materials or defective products. Help with the setup and dismantling of machinery and equipment as directed. Inventory and Quality Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and reporting shortages to the supervisor. Conduct visual inspections of tires to ensure they meet quality standards.
