Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee

  hub operations across multiple locations

  in India, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics.
• Monitor and control

  warehouse operations

  , including inventory management, dispatch planning, and stock accuracy.
• Lead

  hub maintenance activities

  , ensuring timely repair, upkeep of infrastructure, vehicles, and material handling equipment.
• Conduct regular

  site visits across hubs PAN India

  to assess performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouse teams, and cross-functional departments for seamless logistics flow.
• Ensure adherence to

  SOPs, safety guidelines, and statutory compliances

  across all hub and warehouse locations.
• Optimize processes for

  cost efficiency, productivity improvement, and timely delivery performance

  .
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on logistics, hub operations, and KPI performance.
• Handle team supervision, training, and performance monitoring of field logistics and warehouse staff.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in

  hub management, last-mile logistics, and warehouse operations

• Knowledge of

  hub infrastructure, equipment maintenance, and operational workflows

• Excellent

  leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to travel extensively across India (up to 1520 days per month)
• Hands-on experience in logistics software, WMS, and MS Office
• Ability to handle high-pressure operational environments and large workforce teams
