Job Description

Job Title: Dispatch Incharge Location: Bhadua, Delhi Road, P.S. Dankuni, Hooghly, West Bengal 712250 (Beside SM Dhaba) Salary: 25,000 (In-hand, per month) Working Hours: Minimum 10-12 hours/day (as per workload), Flexible Shift Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced and capable Dispatch Incharge for our warehouse facility located in Dankuni, Hooghly. The ideal candidate must have strong ability in customer coordination, SAP Billing and documentation, Transporter handling and management, Freight Optimization. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Inward & outward stock movement Customer coordination SAP Billing & documentation Transporter handling and management Freight Optimization Coordinating with Sales Team and Warehouse management. Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and Advanced Excel. Coordinate with the logistics and transport teams for dispatches and deliveries. Qualification: Graduate in any stream from a recognized university. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management , supply chain, or logistics operations. Skills Required: Proficient in SAP (Warehouse/Inventory modules). Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reports). Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. Good coordination and communication skills with internal teams and external vendors.
