Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lectures, assignments, and assessments. Incorporate current industry trends and best practices into the curriculum. Classroom Instruction: Deliver engaging and informative lectures to students. Foster a positive and interactive learning environment. Use various teaching methods, including case studies, simulations, and group discussions. Student Engagement: Mentor and guide students in their academic and career development. Provide individualized support and feedback to students. Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Assessment and Grading: Create fair and transparent grading rubrics. Assess student performance and provide timely feedback.
