Logistics Executive (Transport Control Tower)

As a Logistics Operations Manager at RCPL, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing logistics operations for major plants through the Transport Control Tower (TCT). Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing optimized transportation plans - Coordinating delivery schedules with production and dispatch requirements - Liaising with logistics service providers to ensure compliance with SLAs - Evaluating and onboarding new vendors as needed - Monitoring shipments in real-time to ensure on-time deliveries - Addressing any issues, delays, or disruptions proactively - Ensuring seamless handover of Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation - Implementing initiatives to control freight costs and improve cost efficiency - Monitoring adherence to transportation budgets - Tracking and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regularly - Suggesting and implementing process enhancements for better operational efficiency - Providing shipment updates to internal and external stakeholders - Addressing and resolving queries promptly Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience in Route Optimization, Transportation Planning, Vendor Management, Monitoring shipments, and Logistics - Fluency in English This full-time position at RCPL includes benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
