Job Title: Logistics ExecutiveLocation: B1614,Floor-16,Tower-3,NX One Commercial Sector-1,Techzone-4 Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh-201306, Department: Logistics / Supply Chain Reports To: Logistics Manager / Operations Head Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods. The ideal candidate will ensure that products are delivered accurately, cost-effectively, and on time, while maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including inbound and outbound logistics. Oversee inventory management, stock movement, and warehouse coordination. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and transport partners to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations. Track shipments and update stakeholders on order status and potential delays. Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve service. Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities. Handle any logistics-related issues or emergencies, and resolve them proactively. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and legal requirements. Generate regular logistics reports and provide analysis to management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management preferred. Strong understanding of logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset. Knowledge of shipping regulations, documentation, and customs procedures (especially for international logistics, if applicable). Preferred Attributes: Experience in [industry: e.g., FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, E-commerce]. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics reporting tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Working Conditions: Full-time, office and warehouse-based. May require occasional travel to vendor/supplier sites.
