This role focuses on end-to-end insurance operations , including policy servicing, data management, carrier coordination, client support tasks, and operational reconciliations within the agency’s CRM and supporting tools. This is a long-term remote opportunity for candidates who understand insurance workflows, can manage data with accuracy, and can support daily operational tasks for a fast-growing US insurance agency. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients via email/chat for basic queries, policy updates, required documents, renewal reminders, and follow-ups. Support the insurance sales process by preparing quotes, collecting required information, coordinating with agents, and updating CRM leads/opportunities. Coordinate with insurance carriers regarding policy status, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, missing documents, and commission or data discrepancies. Enter and update policy details, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and client information in the insurance CRM. Upload policy documents, correspondence, carrier forms, COIs (if assigned), and maintain accurate digital records. Review CRM data for accuracy, match entries with carrier portals, Excel sheets, and commission statements; resolve mismatches promptly. Track renewal pipelines, follow up on pending tasks, and maintain clean workflows across CRM and carrier portals. Prepare policy summaries, renewal reports, and weekly/monthly operations reports for the internal or client team. Perform additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned by supervisors. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance operations, CSR/back-office insurance work, or insurance CRM handling (US insurance preferred). Understanding of the insurance sales cycle and policy lifecycle (quotes, new business, endorsements, renewals, cancellations). Strong written and verbal English communication . Strong Excel skills and comfort with CRM/insurance management systems. Excellent attention to detail and documentation. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently from home.
