Hiring for India's Leading B2B / E-commerce Company Process Designation: Team Leader Experience: 2 to 6 Years Location: Noida Role & responsibilities * Organize and manage a small team of 7-8 project delivery executives. * Teach and train team members on various process strategies. * Fulfill Catalog needs as per Client Demand and Organization SOP. * Prior Knowledge/Experience on an E-commerce platform will be a plus. * Good knowledge of web applications and their functioning (Internet, Search Engines, Digital Marketing, etc.). * Applicant should possess strong Email handling skills. * Provide strategic initiatives and recommendations for improvements and systems enhancements of the process. * Ensure objectives are achieved within given time frames, meeting or exceeding support requirements. * Collect success metrics and prepare reports to identify work accomplishments of the team. Coordinate the preparation, presentation, and communication of work-related information to the Manager. Preferred candidate profile * Looking for candidates from Delhi/NCR only or ready to relocate. * Candidate should be proficient in written and verbal communication skills. * Report Management and data handling (Basic Excel skills).
