Work on both client-facing web applications and internal analytical tools or dashboards. Required Skills & Qualifications: •4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development. •Strong command over Django and Flask frameworks. •Solid experience with MySQL, and exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis. •Experience in both web application development and data analytics projects. •Working knowledge of Excel-based automation, VBA, or similar tools is a plus. •Previous experience managing or mentoring junior developers or small teams is preferred. •Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for clean, efficient code. •Good communication and interpersonal skills.
