Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across various digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing paid ad platforms, and optimizing performance to achieve strong ROI and KPIs. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong grasp of current digital trends. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, PPC, and display advertising. Develop, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Monitor and report performance of all campaigns and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs). Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO. Manage tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager. Create engaging digital content including blogs, graphics, videos, etc. Maintain and grow the company’s social media presence and monitor engagement. Analyze performance data and suggest strategies to improve results. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance digital user experience on the website. Brainstorm and implement new, creative growth strategies using digital channels. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role. Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. Strong analytical and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and performance measurement.
