You are a dynamic Project Coordinator responsible for leading the planning and execution of experiential and on-ground marketing programs for Montzo Life brand. Your role involves bringing the brand to life through immersive customer experiences, pop-ups, collaborations, and regional activations. By developing and implementing below-the-line strategies, you will establish meaningful connections between the brand and its target audiences. Your key responsibilities include developing and executing BTL marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives, identifying key customer touchpoints, coordinating logistics for activations, managing timelines and budgets, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies, and partnering with local influencers, artists, and communities for co-branded events. You will also support seasonal collection launches and ensure brand standards are upheld across all BTL initiatives. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in BTL/event/activation marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or youth-centric brands. Strong project management and multitasking skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, creative mindset with a hands-on approach, and a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field are required. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
