As an Onboarding Executive for Delivery Partner Hiring, your main responsibility will be to actively engage and motivate potential delivery partners (DPs) and guide them through the onboarding process. You will play a crucial role in verifying their documents, assisting with app installations, KYC procedures, and training to ensure they meet Zomato's eligibility and documentation standards. This field role also involves basic coordination and communication tasks. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing and engaging potential delivery partners through field visits, local campaigns, and referrals. You will be in charge of assisting candidates with the onboarding process, tracking daily onboarding numbers, and sharing updates with the Team Leader. Additionally, you will be supporting delivery partners with basic queries or app-related issues during the onboarding process. To excel in this role, you should possess basic smartphone handling and app knowledge, along with good communication and convincing skills. Prior experience in field hiring or logistics would be an advantage, and having a two-wheeler is preferred but not mandatory. This position offers a fixed monthly salary of 25,000 along with incentives based on the number of onboardings.
