Job Details : Location: Agra (On-site) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Role Description – Relationship Manager (On-site | Agra) This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager , based in Agra . The Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships , understanding their financial situations, and guiding them through the debt resolution process. The role involves: Regular communication with clients to understand their hardship cases Coordinating with internal legal and financial teams to ensure smooth case handling Communicating professionally with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to facilitate settlements or restructuring Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring timely client updates Providing empathetic, yet professional customer support Identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction and organizational growth Qualifications Any fresher or experienced candidate can apply – full training will be provided Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Hindi & English proficiency preferred) Ability to communicate professionally with banks and financial institutions Experience in sales, customer service, relationship management , or financial services is an advantage Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proactive and confident in problem-solving and negotiation Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, and CRM usage preferred)
