Role Description

part-time, performance-based, remote/field role

government employees, PSU staff, private salaried individuals, and self-employed clients

Daily responsibilities include:

• Identifying and sourcing prospects for

  Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property, and Balance Transfers

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Collecting and verifying KYC & financial documents
• Coordinating with the backend team for file processing
• Guiding clients through the loan application process
• Ensuring regular follow-up until loan disbursement

This role is ideal for individuals with strong networks and a passion for financial sales.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of

  loans

  , financial products & documentation
• Prior experience in loan sourcing, DSA work, or field sales (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good knowledge of

  Salaried (Govt & Private)

  and

  Self-employed

  profiles
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
• Comfortable working independently in a remote or field-based environment
• Basic knowledge of financial documentsbank statements, salary slips, ITR, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred (not mandatory)
