Job Description

Client and sales management: Meet with clients to understand their financial needs, explain loan products, and generate new business through referrals and networking.
Application processing: Collect and verify all necessary financial documents from clients, then submit complete applications to underwriting for approval.
Financial analysis: Evaluate a client's financial eligibility, creditworthiness, and income to determine loan viability.
Loan product expertise: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of loan products, interest rates, and market trends to recommend the most suitable options to clients.
Compliance and communication: Ensure all applications and processes comply with federal, state, and local lending regulations and communicate effectively with clients, realtors, and other stakeholders.
Pipeline and closing: Manage the status of multiple loan applications, assist clients through the closing process, and resolve any issues that arise.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹230,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
