Loan IQ QA Analyst

As an IT Quality Intermediate Analyst at Citigroup, you will be responsible for supporting initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production. You will work closely with technology project managers, UAT professionals, and users to design and implement appropriate scripts/plans for an application testing strategy/approach. Additionally, you will conduct a variety of moderately complex process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments. You will play a crucial role in ensuring project standards and procedures are fully documented and followed throughout the software development life cycle. Your role will involve monitoring products and processes for conformance to standards and procedures, documenting findings, and performing preliminary root cause analyses to provide recommended improvements. It will be essential for you to gather, maintain, and create reports on quality metrics to ensure the quality and timeliness of service provided by your team and other closely related teams. Key Responsibilities: - Support initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production - Design and implement appropriate scripts/plans for application testing strategy/approach - Conduct process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments - Ensure project standards and procedures are fully documented and followed - Monitor products and processes for conformance to standards and procedures - Document findings and perform root cause analyses for recommended improvements - Gather, maintain, and create reports on quality metrics - Provide informal guidance to new team members - Perform other duties and functions as assigned Qualifications: - 5-10 years of Quality Assurance (QA) experience in the Financial Service industry preferred - Experience with Loan IQ - Proficiency in requirement reviews and identifying discrepancies - Understanding of QA within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies - Knowledge of Quality Processes - Logical analysis skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively to deadlines - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Experience in defining, designing, and executing test cases Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, as an IT Quality Intermediate Analyst at Citigroup, you will directly impact the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by yourself and others.
