Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for each product category (loans, insurance, investments, credit cards). Documentation & Compliance: Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during the sales process. Reporting: Track and report sales activities, including lead conversion, and provide regular updates on progress to the management team. Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to better inform your sales strategies. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in financial services, banking, insurance, or related fields (not mandatory but highly preferred). Sales Skills: Proven ability to sell and influence decision-makers. Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain financial products and benefits. Self-Driven: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital tools, CRMs, and online lead generation platforms. Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and product offerings. Networking: Strong ability to build networks and trust-based relationships. Customer-Centric: Ability to understand client needs and offer solutions that align with their financial goals.
