LLM Engineer - Retrieval Augmented Generation

You will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models to address business challenges, such as classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems. Your role will involve building and overseeing complete data science pipelines, encompassing data preprocessing, feature engineering, model creation, and deployment. Collaborating with diverse teams will be essential to seamlessly integrate models into operational environments. Your focus will be on ensuring that models are scalable, precise, and in line with business objectives. Additionally, you will work with both structured and unstructured data from various sources, including images, text, and sensor data. A minimum of 3+ years of practical experience in data science and machine learning is required. Proficiency in Python is essential, along with a strong background in utilizing libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Experience in constructing and deploying machine learning models in live environments is essential. Familiarity with NLP techniques and deep learning models, including CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers like LLMs for classification and sentiment analysis, is crucial. Any exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) would be advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary, particularly when working with extensive and intricate datasets. Effective communication skills are also key in this role.
