Job Description Accountant cum Office Administrator (Female) Company : Livsys Devices India Pvt Ltd Location : 451/42-43, 4th Floor, 3rd Cross, JC Industrial Estate, Yelechenahalli, Bangalore Contact: +91 6360687127 We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Female Accountant cum Office Administrator to manage day-to-day accounting functions and office operations. The ideal candidate should be strong in accounts, documentation, vendor coordination, and general administration. Key Responsibilities Accounting Responsibilities: - Maintain day-to-day financial entries in Tally/Zoho/ERP. - Handle accounts receivable and payable. - Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans. - Maintain petty cash and daily expense records. - Bank reconciliation and vendor payments. - Assist with GST/TDS filings and financial reports. - Maintain stock entries and purchase records. - Coordinate with auditors and CA. Administrative Responsibilities: - Manage daily office operations and housekeeping. - Handle calls, emails, couriers, and front-desk tasks. - Maintain employee attendance, leave, and HR documentation. - Manage office supplies and vendor coordination. - Assist management with reports, documentation, and scheduling. - Maintain confidential files and records. Customer & Vendor Coordination: - Follow-up for payments and documentation. - Handle client queries professionally. - Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams. Required Skills: - Strong accounting knowledge. - Experience with Tally/Zoho/MS Excel. - Good communication skills. - Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. Preferred : Female candidates only
