End-to-End Creative Ownership: Brainstorm, storyboard, and create thumb-stopping video ads for Instagram/Facebook Reels that align with campaign objectives (conversions, engagement, brand awareness). Transform raw ideas into compelling visual stories under 30 seconds. Trendspotting & Innovation: Hunt for emerging trends, audio, and formats on Reels—and adapt them into high-performing ads. Experiment with hooks, pacing, and visuals to maximize watch time and retention. Platform-Specific Optimization: Design for sound-off viewing (dynamic captions) and sound-on experiences. A/B test creatives, thumbnails, and CTAs to refine performance. Collaboration & Strategy: Work with performance marketing teams to align creative with data insights. Iterate quickly based on feedback and metrics. Brand Storytelling: Infuse brand identity seamlessly into trending formats without losing authenticity. Maintain consistency in visuals, tone, and messaging across campaigns.
