Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Wedding Planner at Live Events & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., located in New Delhi. The Wedding Planner will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of wedding planning, including initial consultations with clients, developing detailed wedding plans, overseeing event logistics, vendor management, budgeting, and ensuring that all events meet the client's expectations. The Wedding Planner will also handle customer inquiries, problem-solve issues on the day of the wedding, and work closely with the team to ensure seamless execution of events. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize, plan, and execute weddings according to client requirements. Work closely with clients to understand their vision, theme, and preferences. Manage vendor identification, negotiations, and contracts (decorators, caterers, artists, venues, logistics). Prepare and manage budgets, timelines, and checklists. Supervise on-ground execution during wedding events. Handle last-minute challenges and crisis management effectively. Ensure premium client experience and delivery of memorable weddings. Qualifications Experience in Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding Planning Proficiency in Budgeting Strong Customer Service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
