The Preschool Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily preschool operations, developing curriculum, coordinating with teachers and staff, overseeing classroom activities, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Additional responsibilities include organizing events, communicating with parents, and maintaining compliance with educational standards and regulations. Qualifications Experience in curriculum development and classroom management Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing preschool operations and events Knowledge of educational standards and regulations Ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for children Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field PREFERRED: Prior experience in a coordination or leadership role in a preschool or early childhood education setting Show more Show less
