Position: Mother Teacher Experience: 0-5 years Grade: Pre-Primary / Early Years Location: Little Millennium Uppal Role Overview: The experienced Mother Teacher leads and manages a pre-primary classroom independently. They are responsible for holistic child development, curriculum planning, parent communication, and maintaining high-quality learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and deliver structured lessons aligned with the curriculum. Facilitate age-appropriate learning across language, numeracy, EVS, art, and play-based activities. Track each childs academic and behavioural progress through observations and records. Maintain strong classroom management while ensuring emotional safety and well-being. Prepare weekly plans, teaching aids, assessments, and portfolios. Engage parents through PTMs, regular communication, and guidance. Mentor junior staff, helpers, or assistant teachers when required. Maintain classroom hygiene, safety, and documentation as per school standards. Participate in school events, celebrations, admissions activities, and trainings. Skills Required: Strong communication and presentation skills. Confidence in classroom handling and curriculum delivery. Ability to plan, organise, and multitask. Creative teaching methods, storytelling skills, and activity-based learning approach. Experience with parent handling and documentation.
