Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager. Based in Vadodara, this position allows a mix of in-office and remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and leading the sales team to achieve targets. The role includes networking, attending industry events, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing team to improve sales performance. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Planning Strong Customer Relationship Management skills and ability to lead a sales team Experience in Market Research and Analysis to identify growth opportunities Proficiency in Marketing strategies and tools to support sales efforts Effective negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Ability to work in a hybrid environment with excellent time management skills Prior experience in retail or toy industry will be an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
