Position: Restaurant Manager Location: Pune, Maharashtra Reports to: Area Manager Responsible for: All F&B Operations Role Summary: Responsible for managing restaurant operations, financial performance, customer service, staff development, and marketing initiatives to ensure profitability and brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Operations: Oversee daily F\&B operations, maintain quality standards, ensure hygiene and safety compliance, and coordinate with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional guest service, handle complaints efficiently, build guest relationships, and monitor service quality. Financials: Control costs, manage inventory, maximize revenue, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Marketing: Monitor market trends, implement promotional activities, and explore opportunities to grow business. Administration: Conduct meetings, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and licensing requirements. People Management: Supervise staff performance, grooming, and punctuality; plan schedules; conduct training; coach and motivate employees. Other: Stay updated with industry trends, attend trainings, and perform additional duties as assigned.
