Preschool Coordinator – Job Description (Short & Point-Based) Requirements: Fluent in English (spoken & written) Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Coordinator in a preschool/school Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the preschool Supervise and support teachers & support staff Oversee curriculum implementation and classroom quality Handle parent communication, queries, and concerns Manage admissions, counselling, school tours & follow-ups Maintain basic accounts – fee collection, receipts, petty cash Oversee school purchases, vendor coordination & inventory Ensure safety, cleanliness & compliance with school standards Plan schedules, events, meetings, and teacher duty charts Monitor child records, attendance, assessments & documentation Additional Skills: Basic Montessori understanding Strong problem-solving & decision-making abilities Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Google Sheets) Child-friendly, positive, and professional attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,181.73 per month Work Location: In person
