*Job Summary*: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Project Management, Project Coordination, Government Projects, Water Sports, Managing Technicians, Floating Jetty and Marina installation and Technical Project Execution *Key Responsibilities*: 1. Project Scheduling as per Scope Of Supply and Customer Expectation. Project timeline and resource planning 2. Review : Sales Offer, BOM, CAD Drawings, Scope of Supply 3. Bill Of Material : Preparing as per Design, Checking In House Stock, Coordination with OEM for Stock, Intimating Internal Stake Holders for Procurement 4. Track progress of Ongoing Projects on regular intervals 5. Getting Certifications Done for Drawings, Dispatch of project material after approval from client side as per schedule, Managing Project Timelines, Extension of Time from Client, etc 6. Assembly & Dispatch : Manage In-house Assembly of Boats, OBMs, etc and Dispatch 7. Manpower Management : On site Manpower, Tools & Resource Management. 8. Co-ordination : Client, Site Team & Internal Stake Holders co- ordination for smooth Installation activities as per drawings at site 9. Commissioning : As per Technical Specifications & Client Requirement. 10. Documentation : System Operational & Maintenance Manuals handover to Client with satisfactory results. Creation of Standard Operating Process in various dimensions of Project Execution 11. Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team. 12. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 13. Conduct regular inspections and audits of ongoing projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. 14. Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide effective solutions. 15. Stay updated with the latest advancements in marine technology and incorporate them into the company's operations. 16. Prepare technical reports and documentation for management and clients. *Qualifications*: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in Project Management and Project Execution (Experience in Government Departments will be preferred) - Proven experience in managing technical teams and projects. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Should have knowledge of CAD Drawings (Should be able to make it and use CAD Software Properly) - Proficiency in using relevant engineering software and tools. - Willingness to travel to project sites as required. *What We Offer*: - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team. - Professional development and career growth opportunities. - A challenging and rewarding work environment Perks and benefits: As per the Company Policy.
