Very prompt service. Quality of wire used in the steam inhaler VAP-01 very poor. My mother god saved as there was a short circuit in the wire and sparks while taking steam, which could have cause eye sight loss.

I had purchased a Handyneb smart nebuliser for use at home. After 2 yrs it was having problem in starting, so contacted service team of medtech. Team a arranged pickup parcel and finally repaired the unit at nominal charges. I am very thankful to entire team. It was the best response I ever received from any support team.

I am using HANDYNEB, portable nebulizer for past5 years trouble free. It failed to start a day before yesterday. I took it to their Service Centre. Where they fixed it thoroughly,made it newlike within half an hour. Charged me only for spares.Rs.100/-. I appreciated their courtesy & prompt services.
