Role Description We’re hiring a part-time Content Writer Intern to create clear, accurate content for technical and business audiences— marketers, developers, founders, CTOs, and CMOs . You’ll research, outline, write, and publish in WordPress with basic on-page SEO using wordpress plugin (e.g., Rank Math SEO ). Topics include Email Marketing, Email Verification, Email Finder, SMTP Relay, APIs, email deliverability, DNS, webhooks, segmentation, and product how-tos. Responsibilities Research topics and interview SMEs to produce blog posts, comparative guides, landing copy, emails, and documentation snippets . Tailor tone and depth by persona ( marketer vs developer ). Write concise drafts with clear structure, examples, and accurate terminology. Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links , and basic schema essentials. Publish in WordPress (blocks/classic) and configure Rank Math SEO fields. Add/annotate screenshots; maintain consistent formatting and style. Track performance with basic analytics and iterate (improve headlines, CTAs, interlinks). Maintain a content calendar and meet short daily deadlines. Must-Have Skills Strong English: clear, concise, and technically correct. Understanding of SaaS concepts and the email ecosystem (high level). WordPress publishing competence. Basic on-page SEO using plugins (e.g., Rank Math SEO ). Research & outlining; ability to interview subject-matter experts . Editing for brevity, accuracy, and structure (headings, summaries, checklists). Nice-to-Have Familiarity with ESPs, SMTP, SPF/DKIM/DMARC basics. Ability to capture screenshots/short GIFs and annotate steps. Basic HTML for formatting tables, lists, and embeds.
