Company Description We are manufacturer of WPC boards for furniture , WPC doors and Door frames, Printed doors and boards Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehgam, Gandhinagar for a Sales and Marketing Specialist specializing in WPC boards for furniture , WPC doors and Door frames as building material supply. The role involves managing sales processes, engaging with customers to understand their requirements, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining business relationships. Responsibilities also includes identifying market opportunities, and formulating strategies to achieve sales targets. Collaboration with team members for effective sales management is a key part of the role. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and provide excellent support. Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve business goals. Ability to deliver Training for team development and skill enhancement initiatives. Proficiency in relationship building, problem-solving, and strategic planning is essential. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in the WPC products, plywood, laminate, or building materials industry is advantageous. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage time effectively.
