Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Admin to join our dynamic team in Pune. As a Salesforce Admin, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to enhance our business processes and customer engagement. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work mode, offering a competitive annual salary of 16,00,000 . We are looking for candidates with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience who are passionate about leveraging Salesforce to drive business success. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Implement and configure Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency. Manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions, ensuring data security and compliance. Provide training and support to end-users, helping them to effectively utilize Salesforce tools and features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, implementing solutions as necessary. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending enhancements to improve system functionality. Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of Salesforce.com (SFDC) functionalities. Salesforce.com certification is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its integration with other Salesforce products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Salesforce.com implementation and administration is essential.
